Lincoln Park two-bedroom with parking
Lincoln Park, Chicago
By ·Ethan Walsh

Lincoln Park is a leafy north-side neighbourhood with a large public park, a zoo and some of the city’s best-known restaurants. Its mix of greystones, courtyard buildings and new condos suits professionals and families.
Victorian row houses, vintage condo buildings and tree-lined streets sit beside the lakefront and the 1,200-acre park. DePaul University adds a lively student presence along Clark and Armitage.
The Brown, Red and Purple L lines reach the Loop in 15 to 25 minutes, and Lake Shore Drive provides a fast drive downtown. Many residents bike along the lakefront trail.
In 2026 the median sale price is about $640K, roughly $6,200 per square metre, and a typical 2-bedroom rental costs about $3,100 a month. Prices are up 3.8% on a year ago and homes take around 35 days to sell, which points to strong demand.
Property taxes are high, and parking is permit-controlled. Streets near DePaul and Halsted can be loud on weekends.
