Halvenor Realty is not a real company

Halvenor Realty is a fictional brand, created to demonstrate a real estate platform. It is not registered anywhere and does not trade.

Everything on the site is invented for the demonstration: all people, agents, agencies, licence numbers, reviews, testimonials, listings, prices and market figures. Property photographs are stock images supplied by Pexels, and they do not show the properties described.

No enquiry, viewing request, offer or transaction made through this site reaches a real agent, seller or landlord. Demo accounts exist so that you can sign in and explore the customer and agent experience.

What this site demonstrates

The site is a complete property marketplace for Europe and North America. You can search and filter homes for sale, homes to rent and short-term rentals, save searches and receive alerts.

Search is available as a list or on a map, including drawing an area to search within. Each property page has a photo gallery, key facts, fees, energy ratings, mortgage and affordability calculators, viewing bookings and enquiry forms.

You can compare properties side by side, browse new developments, and read area and neighbourhood guides with local market data. Agents and agencies have their own profiles with listings and reviews. There are also insights and blog articles, guides and market reports, a glossary and FAQs, and you can switch currency and between square feet and square metres.

What it is capable of

Beyond the public pages, the platform includes the following.

• A customer portal with saved homes, saved searches, enquiries, viewings, messages, listing your own property, and plans and billing
• An agent and agency CRM in the admin, with lead management and routing to the right person
• Content management for every page and global setting through the admin
• The “Ask Halvenor” AI concierge, which answers from the site’s own content only
• Privacy controls including cookie consent, data requests and a CCPA “Do Not Sell or Share” link
• Accessibility features and SEO structured data across the site
• Email templates for enquiries, alerts and account messages
