About the role
The New York lettings team represents landlords across Brooklyn and Manhattan. After the FARE Act, we need agents who can explain costs clearly and market apartments professionally.
You will work in a hybrid arrangement, with three days a week in the office and showings across the city.
What you will do
- Market apartments and respond to enquiries the same day
- Show apartments and screen applications in line with fair housing law
- Prepare leases and coordinate move-in with building managers
- Report weekly on inquiries, showings and applications
Requirements
- A New York State real estate salesperson licence
- At least two years of rental experience in New York City
- Working knowledge of the FARE Act and fair housing rules
- Excellent written communication
