About the role
Halvenor’s London sales team is growing. We are looking for an experienced negotiator who enjoys explaining the detail of a transaction as much as winning the instruction.
You will be based in our London office and work closely with valuers, lettings colleagues and our legal partners.
What you will do
- Carry out valuations and win instructions in your patch
- Run accompanied viewings and negotiate offers
- Progress sales through to completion, keeping clients updated weekly
- Maintain accurate listing details, including lease terms and service charges
Requirements
- At least three years of residential sales experience in London
- Strong knowledge of leasehold and the buying process in England
- Membership of a professional body such as Propertymark, or willingness to join
- A full UK driving licence is useful but not required
