Join as an agent
Work with a brand that shows every fee and disclosure — and keeps your licence and reputation front and centre.
What you get
Cross-border referrals
One pipeline across ten countries, with a coordinator who routes enquiries to the right market.
Compliance handled
Licence checks, disclosure templates and fair-housing training are provided per country.
A platform that works
Listings, CRM, enquiries and reviews in one place — no separate tools to stitch together.
You stay independent
You keep your name and reputation. We disclose who represents whom on every listing.
Requirements
A current licence
A valid real estate licence for your market — state, provincial, Propertymark, RICS, or the local equivalent.
Experience
At least one completed transaction year in your market. Newer agents join under a mentor.
Local knowledge
You work the neighbourhoods you know, and you publish which areas and languages you cover.
A clean record
No outstanding disciplinary findings with your licence body or regulator.
Commission model
Commission is agreed in writing before you take an instruction, and it is disclosed to the client on the listing. There are no desk fees and no hidden deductions.
Our typical split is 70% to you, 30% to the house on completed sales and lettings, with a higher split for self-generated instructions and for cross-border referrals you hand to another market. Rental renewals and property-management instructions are paid monthly on a retainer basis.
Exact rates depend on your market and your agreement. We will put every figure in front of you before you sign — the same standard we hold our clients to.
