Filatura Lofts turns a 1920s spinning mill on Carrer de Pujades into 58 apartments across five floors, keeping the brick shell, the cast-iron columns and the saw-tooth roof over the top floor. The building sits in the 22@ district, three minutes from Poblenou metro and a short walk from Bogatell beach.
