Newcomer-friendly in Vancouver
We arrived from Osaka with little knowledge of strata or mortgages. Kesterbay arranged a pre-approval, a plain-English explainer and a rental while we found a condo.

Boutique service, genuine attention
Kesterbay gave us a single point of contact in Toronto, who returned messages the same day. We bought a heritage house in the Annex and the agency recommended an inspector who found a hidden foundation issue.

Good for condos, thinner on commercial
Condo purchase went smoothly with strong comparables and a fair price. When I asked about a small commercial unit, they referred me on. Honest, if not what I hoped.

Cross-border Halvenor link worked
I was moving from Dublin to Toronto. Kesterbay and Halvenor passed my file between them so I did not have to repeat anything, and I viewed homes by video before I landed.

Responsive, with a sensible fee
Fair commission, helpful staging suggestions and a quick sale of our Vancouver condo. The first listing photos were a little dark, but they reshot them within a day.
