Kollwitz Hof replaces a 1900s commercial yard a few minutes from Kollwitzplatz with 74 apartments in two wings of five and six storeys. The street facade is retained and repaired, and the new wings close a quiet planted courtyard with a play area and a shared bicycle workshop.
Apartments run from compact two-room homes to family apartments with their own garden. All are built to the KfW 40 efficiency standard, with air-source heat pumps, triple glazing and ventilation with heat recovery, and the roofs carry solar panels that supply the common areas.
Sales are handled by Adaveli Developments with Halvenor Realty. Buyers sign at the notary and pay in instalments tied to construction progress in line with the MaBV, and the developer covers the Berlin transfer tax on the first twelve reservations.
