Our Lisbon apartment, on schedule
The construction schedule was published and updated monthly. We received the keys to our riverside flat within three weeks of the original date, with a snagging list resolved in ten days.

Good build quality, tidy contracts
Fixed price, staged deposits and no surprise extras. Communication between milestones could be warmer, but the apartment is well built and very quiet.

Miami purchase with clear terms
Adaveli explained the escrow of our deposits and the completion rights in plain language. Our attorney found nothing unusual and the closing was uneventful.
