Yaletown Brickworks is a 14-storey mid-rise on Mainland Street, on the site of a former warehouse showroom between the heritage district and the seawall. The lower two floors hold 22,000 square feet of retail and a shared work lounge, with 164 homes above.

The homes have nine-foot ceilings, air conditioning, engineered hardwood and a balcony or patio, and the upper floors look west to False Creek and north to the downtown skyline. The amenity floor and roof terrace carry a fitness room, outdoor kitchens and a dog run.

The building is designed to the City of Vancouver’s Step 3 energy requirements and for a future district energy connection. Deposits are held in trust under the Real Estate Services Act, and Halvenor Realty handles viewings and strata document requests alongside the developer’s sales team.
