Ranelagh sale at 7 per cent over asking
Aoife priced our Ranelagh redbrick to start a bidding race and it worked. Five bidders, a sale agreed at 7 per cent over asking and a solicitor she recommended who turned contracts around in two weeks.

Rent pressure zone explained properly

Stress-free apartment purchase
