Fast letting of my Shoreditch loft
Daniel advertised my loft on a Tuesday and had a signed holding deposit by Friday. He had already checked right-to-rent, references and the fire-safety paperwork, which I had forgotten about.

Small retail unit, fair rent
Daniel found a 600 sq ft shop in Clapham for my bakery and negotiated a rent-free period for fit-out. Heads of terms came quickly, but the lease took the solicitors much longer.

Good deal, but communication dipped

Straightforward with a portfolio
