Fast letting of my Shoreditch loft
Daniel advertised my loft on a Tuesday and had a signed holding deposit by Friday. He had already checked right-to-rent, references and the fire-safety paperwork, which I had forgotten about.

Pleased to help, Bethany. A tidy flat helps. Daniel

Small retail unit, fair rent
Daniel found a 600 sq ft shop in Clapham for my bakery and negotiated a rent-free period for fit-out. Heads of terms came quickly, but the lease took the solicitors much longer.

Tenant who was treated properly
My deposit was protected, the inventory was detailed and when the landlord tried to keep part of it, Daniel backed my evidence. I got every pound back.

Good deal, but communication dipped
The valuation was spot on and the tenants were good. For a few weeks after the move-in I had to chase for the inventory report. Daniel apologised and fixed it.
Response from the agent17 February 2026
Fair criticism, Gareth, and thank you for saying so. Daniel

Straightforward with a portfolio
I own four flats across E2 and SW4. Daniel reviewed all of them, told me which rents were lagging and set up a rolling inspection plan. Income is up 7 per cent without losing tenants.

Practical commercial advice
He looked at my office lease in Hackney and warned me about a break clause that favoured the landlord. That helped when we negotiated. Sometimes slow to return emails in the afternoon.
