Bought from Vancouver without a trip
Rafael explained NIF, the CPCV, IMT and stamp duty before I committed, then introduced a lawyer who did the paperwork. I signed the deed by power of attorney and never took time off work.

Honest about off-plan risks
Rafael told me what the bank guarantee covers and what it does not in an Adaveli development. He also showed me the construction schedule updates. Handover was one month late, as he had warned.

Chiado apartment, competent and warm
He showed us three renovated flats in Chiado and explained which had alojamento local rights. A few emails took a day to return, but the final purchase was seamless.

Land purchase advice I could trust
I wanted a plot near Sintra. Rafael checked zoning, access rights and the land registry, then walked away from the first plot because of an easement. The second was clean.

Golden-visa questions answered straight
