Halvenor Realty is a fictional international agency with its headquarters in London and offices in New York and Toronto. Our agents work in ten countries and speak a dozen languages, so a buyer in Berlin and a landlord in Brooklyn get the same standard of advice.

We believe good property advice starts with honest local knowledge: what a street is like at night, what the service charge really covers and how long homes are taking to sell. Every listing on our site shows the fees, taxes and disclosures that apply in its country.

    Fees disclosed from day one
