No surprises at the closing table
Marcus showed us the real closing costs for our Park Slope brownstone before we bid: mortgage recording tax, attorney fees, title insurance. The number at closing was within $400 of his estimate.

Strong on commercial space
Marcus found us a 1,800 sq ft retail unit in Williamsburg and negotiated three months of free rent on a five-year lease. Some of the comparables arrived late, but the deal terms were excellent.
